- Heat oil in a LG frying pan on medium high heat until oil just starts to smoke.
- Dredge tuna in sesame seeds coating all sides and edges.
- Sear 1 minute each side. Just until white sesame seeds start turning golden brown.
- Remove tuna to a cutting board. Let rest 2 minutes. Slice tuna about 3/8 of an inch thick. Arrange on a plate either how shown in the picture or in a fan pattern. Garnish accordingly. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
