  5. you can eat it with any side, I love it with pita bread adding mayonnaise :) you can make beef liver the same way but with hot spices.
  6. Don't cook the liver till its all dry and tough, and note that the giblets are gonna stay hard and need good chewing.

Cover and adjust heat to medium and cook for half an hour, stirring occasionally until the liquid reduced.
