  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add the gooseberries into it. Deep fry it and transfer it into a bowl.

  3. Finally, to the fried gooseberry bowl, add red chilly powder, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, salt, lime juice and the above oil tempering and mix nicely.
