  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and scrape off some of the rosemary and garlic. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper and grill over moderate heat until medium rare. Spread the Garlic, Rosemary and Thyme evenly around the Lamb shanks. Close the foil to seal in all juices and then wrap again in foil to ensure that it is well sealed. Lamb chops are marinated in a garlic, lemon and rosemary mixture then grilled until tender and juicy.
