- Mix all the spices. Take out 1 teaspoon of mix spices and rub on Lamb. Heat a skillet and sear the Lamb on all sides. Put the Lamb Aside.
- Soak Lentils for Half hour in cold water. Use a steamer - Add lentils, 2 mugs of water, all the spices mix, garlic, ginger and tamatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Lentils should be cooked medium.
- Slice the Lamb in 1/4" slices. In the skillet add Olive oil and Mustard seeds, cook 1 minute, add onions and cook until brown, add to Lentils. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 5 minutes to 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chooped cilantro and serve with Roti.
