- Add oil in a cooker/pan, put cumin and then add daliya. fry Dalia till golden brown.
- Add small pieces of all vegetables of your choice.
- Add cumin powder, black paper and salt for taste
- Add 2 glass of water
- Cook till 3-4 whistles or 20 mints in pan.
- Add lemon juice and serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaf/ chillies
