  19. Make ready 1/2 tsp oil
  20. Get 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  21. Make ready 2 tsp curry leaves
Steps to make Lemon Rice:
  1. In a pan heat oil fry raw peanut and cashew nut. Then take them out.
  2. In the same oil add mustard seed. When the seed splutter add whole red chilli. After few second add curry leaves and green chillies. Now add whole chana dal and whole urad dal Fry for 30 second.
  3. Now add half tsp turmeric powder and salt. After few second add lemon juice.
  4. Add rice mix and saute for few minutes. Add peanut and cashew nut in the rice.
  5. Serve the delicious hot lemon rice with beetroot raita.
  6. For beetroot raita
  7. Heat a pan add grated beetroot. Add salt and saute for 1-2 minutes. Now switch the flame off. Allow the mixture to cool down.
  8. In a bowl take one cup of curd. Add chat masala and black salt. Mix it and add grated beetroot. Mix well.
  9. In a tadka pan heat oil. Add mustard seed and curry leaves. Pour the tadka over the raita. Mix well.
