Mutton liver Masala/ Lamb Liver Fry - Tasty liver fry recipe made with lamb/mutton liver, onions and pepper as main ingredients. Stir fry everything in medium low flame until the curry gets semi dry or completely dry. Do not overcook as the liver will get hard.   3. Add 1-2 cups of water,cover and cook in a very low heat till its very tender, add your chopped carrot, cabbage and already boiled peas stir and turn off the stove/gas.
