- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray, tap lightly to remove the bubbles and bake it in the middle rack (conventional OTG), for about 25-30 mins, till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool it on a wire rack. Once cool, unmould it, dust it with icing sugar, cut slices and enjoy it with a hot Cuppa.
