- Add Step 4, and if it seems too watery, add some more flour. If you have some panko, you can use that as well.
- Put onto a baking sheet that is about 3 cm thick, top with a bit of the dry koya dofu, and bake in an oven at 200℃ for about 20 minutes.
Combine until bread is thoroughly saturated. I make "meat"loaf with Morningstar farms veggie crumbles (that look like ground beef). I'm not sure how it would come out using tofu, but TVP (textured vegetable protein) makes a yummy fake meatloaf. This loaf may fool even ardent meat eaters, who might otherwise shun tofu. I pretty much had to put security on it after a few of the meat eaters wandered in the vegan area and had a nibble and realized just how delicious it was.
