Steps to make Lobster Mac n' Cheese:
  1. Clean all the meat out of your lobsters and set aside.
  2. Boil your macaroni/pasta noodles.
  3. In a sauce pot melt your butter, then add your flour and cook until it smells nutty.
  4. Then whisk in your milk.
  5. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Then add your mozzarella cheese and half of your cheddar cheese stir until smooth.
  7. Add your salt, pepper and half of your chopped parsley and stir.
  8. Chop your lobster into chunks and add to cheese mixture.

  10. Sprinkle remaining cheese and chopped parsley on top.
  11. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
