- Take 2 lamb shoulders
- Get 2 garlic cloves

- Flip lamb over, press in remaining garlic and season with salt, pepper, coriander, Greek seasoning, and parsley flakes.
- Once the pan is hot, place the lamp (parsley side up) in and sear for 10 minutes on medium high.
- Pour lemon juice on top of lamp and cover with tin foil. Place pan in oven and cook to desired doneness.
- (Optional) The topping is a simple sauté of kalamata olives, feta cheese, pine nuts, and a little balsamic vinegar in olive oil.
- Sprinkle with a little parsley flakes and enjoy with other great Greek dishes.
