Steps to make Mackerel Burgers:
- Slice the fish, wash thoroughly and boil.
- Allow to cool then debone and mash with a fork.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together till everything is incorporated.
- Scoop and mold into a round patty shape, repeat process till you're through.
- Heat up a skillet and drizzle veg.oil.
- Place the fish patties and allow to cook then turn over.
- Toast the inside of the buns and place the lettuce, then the patty and cover with the upper bun.
- NOTE: you can also decide to add some mayo, tomato slices or onions when assembling the burger but i prefer mine just this way.
