- Fry onions and garlic in 2tbsp vegetable oil
- Add the lamb and stir until brown
- Add boiling water until it covers the mixture.
- Cover and let simmer.
- Fry the herbs with 2 - 4 tbsp of vegetable oil until they go nearly black.
- Add the herbs to the meat.
- Stab the dried limes with a fork and add the limes
- If you want to add tomato puree and chopped tomatoes add them to the mixture
- Allow to simmer for 60 mins
- Add beans and simmer for another 30mins
- Serve with rice
