  1. In a pot add the chopped onions, 1 cup water, turmeric powder and steam till the onions are soft.
  2. Add the masala, dhanya and jeera powder and stir.Add the washed and strained mince, salt, garlic and ginger,chopped chillies and cook till the mince is done.
  3. Add the chopped dhanya, spring onions and mix through.Take off the stove and put the mince filling in a strainer to drain all excess oil.Allow to cool then fill samoosas.Fills 4 dozen samoosas
