I love cooking deboned lamb because it's so EASY but looks GRANDE on the table. And I make it for a special occasion. Roast leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary. Place the lamb in a roasting tin, cover loosely with foil and place in the preheated oven. As it heats up, the butter will melt and help the rosemary and garlic to work their way into the holes and really penetrate the lamb.
