The ingredients needed to make Harissa:
  1. Take 3 large ancho chillis dried
  2. Get 100 ml water
  3. Get 3 glaric cloves
  4. Take 2 tbsp tomato puree
  5. Take 1 tbsp caraway seeds
  6. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  7. Get 1 tbsp hot smoked paprika
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp ground cumin
  9. Take 1 tbsp coriander
  10. Get Handful dried coriander
  11. Get 1 large splash of cider vinegar
  12. Take Squeeze lemon juice
  13. Prepare 100 ml olive oil
Instructions to make Harissa:
  1. In a mini blender break up the ancho chilli and cover them with boiling water to soak for 5 - 10 minutes!
  2. Add the garlic and tomato purée!
  3. Throw in all the other ingredients. Simply blitz!
  4. And serve!
