- Cook the lasagne sheets in boiling water with salt. Remove when tender but firm to bite.
- In a pan, heat oil. Add chopped onions, sweat them a little. Add garlic and fry for 1 min. Add chicken, salt, herbs, and sauces.
- Mix well. Add a little water if sauce is extremely thick. Sauce should not be runny, should be of a smooth paste consistency.
- Laydown the lasagne sheets in a baking dish. Add filling. Repeat in layers.
- Add slices of cheese in between the layers.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 mins. Dish out.
- Serve hot, with garlic bread or a side salad. Enjoy!
